These 2-hour cruise will follow the beautiful Connecticut coastline as Aquarium educators point out historic lighthouses, gorgeous waterfront homes and other sights. Space aboard the R/V Spirit of the Sound™ is limited, so advance registration is strongly suggested; by phone only: (203) 852-0700, ext. 2206. Tickets will be sold at the dock, space permitting. Tickets for non-veterans are $29.95, or $24.95 for Aquarium members.

The Maritime Aquarium10 N. Water Street, Norwalk, CTThe only Aquarium focused on Long Island Sound presents sharks, seals, river otters, sea turtles, jellies and more than 100 other species from Long Island Sound and its watershed, as well as three touch tanks, a “Go Fish!” exhibit focusing on the cultural aspects of fishing on the Sound, a not-behind- the-scenes Marine Lab, popular “Meerkats” and “Dragons” exhibits, and an Ocean Playspace for toddlers. Harbor seal feedings at 11:45 a.m. and 1:45 & 3:45 p.m. daily. Plus, Connecticut’s largest IMAX ® movie theater and study cruises onto Long Island Sound.
