ROÌA is turning five years old! Join the celebration at New Haven’s ROÌA Restaurant and enjoy a delicious five-course tasting menu of “ROÌA Classics” featuring guests’ favorite dishes since ROÌA’s March 27, 2013 debut.

Savor highlights of Chef Avi Szapiro’s French and Italian fare rooted in locally sourced ingredients, dishes such as Fluke Crudo with truffle lime vinaigrette, toasted pine nuts and chives and Homemade Pappardelle with Hen Ragu, rosemary and black pepper pasta, olives and marjoram. ROÌA ‘s 5th Anniversary Menu is available nightly for dinner through April 1.

A vegetarian version is also offered.

Look for more 5th Anniversary Celebration initiatives from ROÌA throughout the year. In the heart of each season, ROÌA will offer a five- course “ROÌA Classics” tasting menu featuring more favorite dishes and paying homage to nature’s bounty. So stay tuned for the spring tasting menu coming soon!
