Event Details

Neil Simon is at his best in this hilarious romantic comedy about a conservative straight-as-an-arrow young lawyer and his free-spirited new bride. They are newlyweds in every sense of the word – still giddy from their over-the-top honeymoon at The Plaza – and now find themselves in a less-than-perfect Greenwich Village fifth-floor walk up in New York City. The pricey apartment with bad plumbing and in need of a paint job is only the beginning of their rocky happily-ever-after life.

Admission range from $17-$23.

Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center300 Main St, Old SaybrookThe story of the Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center begins on December 5, 1905, a year and a half before Katharine Hepburn was born. That day, a meeting was held at the home of Joseph Cone, printer, performer, and musician, for the purpose of forming the Old Saybrook Musical and Dramatic Club. The meeting was a success and the Club was incorporated eleven months later with a two-fold purpose: the presentation of theatrical performances and the construction of a theatre to house these performances.
