It just isn’t Christmas until you’ve put up your tree. For my family, this has always been a tedious task, because we’ve always gone the artificial route (my mother’s allergic to pine), but a lot of people make a tradition out of packing up the family and going out in search of the perfect real tree to bring home and decorate.
If you’re looking for a Christmas tree farm near you, look no further. Below is a complete list of cut-your-own tree farms in Connecticut, listed by county.
EDITOR’S NOTE: We only included tree farms that had an online presence that allowed us to verify the information, so we are bound to have left some off of this list. If you have a favorite local Christmas tree farm that you love to visit, let us know in the comments—just give us any information that you think would be helpful to other readers.

I even checked the CT Department of Agriculture’s website, and they don’t list any cut-your-own Christmas tree farms in Windham either.
