Southford Falls
This photo, taken last weekend, is from Southford Falls State Park — a great place for hiking, picnicking, field sports and both pond and stream fishing. The park is located off I-84 Exit 15 and I-84 Exit 16 in , and offers easy hiking trails, a covered wooden bridge, and a series of scenic falls. It’s not every July that we have sunny days with temperatures in the 70′s, so it’s a great time to take advantage of one of Connecticut’s many parks and beaches like Southford Falls State Park.   Click here to get some more ideas.
