Rock/Country Superstar Keith Urban returns to Connecticut next weekend to kick off his anxiously awaited “Escape Together” World Tour with shows on Friday & Saturday night May 7th & 8th at the Mohegan Sun Arena.
Urban brings with him a high energy, genre defying blend of Rock, Pop & Country music. His latest release titled “Defying Gravity” hit #1 on Billboard’s Top 200 Album’s chart in its first week and continues to produce hit songs. His first release from this album, ”Sweet Thing” hit #1 and his 2nd release “Kiss a Girl” is quickly climbing the Billboard charts. An accomplished guitarist, Urban learned to play at the tender age of 6 and is considered to be one of the best in the industry today.
The shows kick off at 7:30 PM with special guests “Sugarland” opening for Urban. This show is guaranteed to leave you already planning your next Keith Urban show! Some tickets are still available from Ticketmaster or by calling the Mohegan Sun box office.
