Friday, November 28th – 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Enjoy Horse & Carriage rides at this great holiday celebration on the green in Milford. Take in some hot chocolate as you listen to a live band, visit with Santa, take pictures with the Nutcracker and enjoy the lighting of the tree. The Holiday experience will start Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Manchester Road Race Manchester, CT.
Saturday, November 29th – Get your running shoes ready for this 4.75 mile race that includes over 14,000 runners and some great entertainment. Enjoy nearly 20,000 spectators and several bands along the route to help encourage and support racers as they run, jog, and walk towards the finish line.

Santa Arrives by Boat/Lighted Holiday Boat Parade , Mystic (860) 572-9578
Saturday, November 29th – 2:00 PM – Take part in the holiday thrill as Santa Claus arrives in Mystic by boat. He will greet the crowds and listen to all the children’s holiday wishes. Enjoy Christmas carols and refreshments while waiting for Santa to arrive. Later, join the Mystic chamber of Commerce for a parade of lighted and decorated vessels. Vessels will parade down the Mystic River and return to the Mystic River Park, where spectators will be gathered. Judging and awards will take place for the most spectacular vessels. Vessels of any size are welcome, and the only cost to participate is a toy for the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center. The fun starts Saturday at 2 p.m. with Santa’s arrival followed by the water parade starting at approximately 6 p.m
